I tried particle Moo and that is a text following the mossm saying Moo (very funny lol). I would like to know if all particles are that way? Or if, for exemple, particle star will make stars around my mossm?
Ty for the answer :D

Jiminy,
No, They are not all that way. Stop by the main sim, face your back to the vendors, then fly over one platform to the right. All of the particles are on display there.

Could you please rezz a mossm transmitter at the mainstore, so we can check the stats of the mossms here and figure which particle each one is? Thanks :)

I'll have to come up with another way to help with that. Those Mossms are from our development system and do not tie in to the main website. I'll see what I can do about it this weekend.

I can do that as a temporary measure but we'll definitely need something more! As much as we love everyone coming to visit us, having that display as our primary source of information is probably not the best user experience. ;)

I've appended each Mossm name on that platform to include the type of powerup it has as a temporary solution to identifying them.

Ok, another question. Aren't the particule meant to pass to the baby each time? Cause if not, its not at all written in the history that one mossm has a particle so how can we know from what mossm it can pass eventually later?
Here is my exemple http://mossms.com/p/Jiminy.kling/mossm/%23Megan/
The mom has moo particle but it didnt pass (i thought it would lol) but its not even written clearly on the visible ancestry that she has a special particle. Can my new baby still pass particle has her mom had it?

http://mossms.com/p/Jiminy.kling/mossm/%23Megan/ sorry i can't get the link to work i dont know why, so you will have to copy paste it :D

I thought the particles would always pass cause we can use power ups to change the color of it so, if particles dont pass, do that means if you use a color power up its for nothing then?

First, here's a guide to formatting in our forums http://www.mossms.com/content/forum-formatting/. It should help you with your URL problems.

Second, particles can pass on any planet but like all of our other traits, it is not guaranteed. Just like blends, the reliability increases as you add more of the trait to your ancestry.

Third, right now the power-up trait is not immediately apparent on the family tree. In later iterations of the website we will address that. For now you can find power up information by drilling into each Mossm's page. You can find it right below the DNA scan http://mossms.com/p/Jiminy.kling/mossm/%23Gaye.Moo.

Last, color power ups do not change the color of the particles on the existing Mossm, they change the color on the offspring. they are used during breeding. So, if you use a color changing power up during breeding and there is a particle in the ancestors that appear on the breeding screen, the trait will pass 100% of the time.

Does that clear things up?
