I am having a problem receiving my baby Mossm in world. My points have been spent but the Baby has not been delivered. What do I do?

If you go back to the breeding screen you will be given an option to have the baby delivered again. Alternatively, if you go to help/recovery you'll be given an option to have that baby sent to you again.

Progenitor, there is a problem with deliveries. I didn't receive food I ordered. it doesn't appear to be just mossms. I noted non-delivery discussion in other chat rooms too. Not sure if SL is acting up again or not, lol.

OK, thanks. We've checked into it, fixed the problem, and responded to the Customer Service tickets that resulted.
