as you all know i love this breedable i think its one of the best i have seen in sl, but something is troubling me now, and its a moral and ethical issue, one of my friends someone whom a few of you know is as committed to the mossms as i am, but he felt he was put in a position where he had no option but to quit mossms and leave the group, i am also in the same position i have removed my mossms from the sl grid and put them in my inventory, my friend has hearing difficulties and i have an issue with my speech sometimes making me feel a little self conscious for this reason i never use voice in sl, because we both have issues with voice we are not able to apply for positions with in the mossm team, this is something that really upsets and frustrates me, i was wondering how many others are in the same position as us,

i think if you ask them first to accommodate they will. interviews are in voice for ease, but i'm sure they would do in text for the hearing impaired.

While i can hear fine, I still type in text simply cause my voice wouldn't match my AV and would be weird 90% of the time lol

They do read questions and such. If told beforehand i think they wouldn't have a problem with all text :)

Zermit is correct. We'd gladly accommodate someone who was hearing impaired when we hire additional help. We're not jerks. :)

When we do hire we will be hiring people who best represent our interests. Calmness, the ability to express complete thoughts, ability to understand complex issues and a strong moral and work ethic are some of the things we'd be looking for. Voice interviews allow us to make an assessment of those characteristics much more quickly but, as we all know text can be just fine, albeit slower.

We never want to exclude anyone, in fact quite the opposite is true. We work very hard to include as many people as possible. I am truly sorry that we seem to have failed in this case.
