Im new to Mossms and yesterday i went around to complete the Halloween event. I got my Mossm "Spirit of Homer" his name is. Today SL had issues with there servers and I get this message....

Mossm - 1.13 - The Spirit of Homer: Could not properly register with server. Very sorry! id=0

What do I do? :( Thank you for your help ahead of time. Im not sure if this is the right place to put this but i could not find anywhere else on the forums.

Hi there Odette. We have a ticketing system which is the easiest and fastest way to get help. We monitor it all the time (except when sleeping) and can help with 99% of issues even if we are not in SL.

As for your Mossm. That message is an unfortunate side effect of the simulator initializing a script twice and our dupe detection kicking in. The good news is you can get the Mossm back without our help using our recovery service.
