if I make a baby a perma pet, will it stay small?

I think asymmetrical said for the babies something perma was coming soon, this is if I am correct pure to have your beautiful mossm you don't wanna get rid off perma-pets

Perma pets make your Mossm a pet that does not eat, breed or earn resources. Perma babies will come later in the year and will not be pets.
